As a high profile, topical and national Charity, H4H is on a constant and passionate quest to raise funds to support our wounded Servicemen
Pursuing a number of projects at any given time from a range of volunteers is challenging enough, scaling to support a national public campaign over a short time frame is even more so. H4H launched an ambitious project to raise funds via national supermarkets and 15000 volunteers in May of 2012.
To facilitate this they need to access a scalable membership system that was robust and resilient and could be expanded on demand.
Softwerx volunteered to meet the needs of the H4H campaign by providing, in partnership with Rise (a leading UK cloud services provider), access to their software via a private cloud implementation.
They were formally selected and appointed to deliver the project under the management of H4H's Emma Jones.
The solution used the Ready Membership software developed by Softwerx and operated on an infrastructure set up on Rise's Data Center on Demand.
The project took just 30 days to complete and integrate with the H4H website. It provided an efficient and scalable platform for H4H to use in their ambitious fundraising activity in plenty of time for their outreach for volunteers. Due to the nature of the infrastructure used, the solution was truly scalable to exceed the needs that H4H had set out.
