The IT Systems and Infrastructure needed to be reviewed, improved and consolidated in order to realise and develop new competitive benefits.
Softwerx proposed a migration to the Cloud incorporating a single, fresh Active Directory forest and domain, built upon a virtual server network hosted by Rise.
To facilitate the Cloud approach, applications and services were delivered by Remote Desktop Connection using a mixture of Remote Desktop Sessions and Office 365.
Softwerx also recommended the use of SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager) to deliver Applications to the Client Systems.
The migration itself was completed successfully in forty working days across eight distinct Project phases which included a detailed level of due diligence, testing, configuration and post-completion floor-walking.
