CyberX - a leading IoT has just been acquired by Microsoft. What that means for you is greater visibility into your connected IoT devices, and easier security management on existing (brownfield) IoT devices.
Microsoft has so far invested $5 billion into developing their IoT and security and already provides multi-layer IoT security and IoT security monitoring in Azure. Integrating CyberX technology will therefore complement the existing Azure IoT security. For example, with CyberX, customers can gain a view of thousands of devices across a factory floor or within a building and gather information about their asset profile and vulnerabilities.
