Softwerx were invited by their Cloud Service Partner, Outsourcery, who on the day were awarded best 'Collaboration Suite' for their integrated Cloud Platform. Softwerx have helping organisations understand and benefit from the Cloud since 2010 and have been recognised as expert in sophisticated Cloud Migrations, winning the Cloud Partner of the Year 2012 and being accredited by the Cloud Industry Forum twice.

The session was designed to give both vendors and clients the opportunity to ask questions about any aspect of Cloud Computing. The seminar was well attended with a number of interesting discussions emerging from the audience. Smart responded to the inquisitive vendors in the room "if you don't have a cloud strategy for your business, then you don't really have a strategy". The prospective Clients in the room were mostly interested in the risks and benefits of moving to the Cloud. Smart went onto explain "that the Cloud and Hybrid IT is not a panacea to success, but it is essentially about presenting a much greater set of options for businesses of all types and sizes – and understanding these options is key for any business".
