Microsoft Office 365

Office 365 now includes the 2016 versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote (Access, and Publisher are also included for PC users), all hosted in the Cloud.

When a new version of Microsoft Office is released, you’ll get instant access to it so your applications are always up-to-date. No more downloading and installing, or having to purchase the latest version of the software.

Office 365 is purchased on a per user subscription basis. Softwerx is a Gold Microsoft Partner and we’re fortunate enough to be able to access some great plans and bundles for our customers.

Softwerx can also support your business through the process of migrating to Microsoft Office 365

If you’re still at the ‘not sure we need it’ stage, here are some reasons why Softwerx made the move...

It works. Though Microsoft Office 365 has been around for a while and gone through a number of revisions, we’re not sure how we managed without it. It’s naturally intuitive, highly efficient and a great user experience.

Fantastic for mobile or multi-device users. Office 365 works seamlessly between tablets, smart phones, PCs and Macs, allowing your users to work whenever and where ever they need to.

Teamwork without the angst. It also has a number of collaboration tools as standard in the suite, allowing multiple users to work together in real time, wherever they are. No more downloading and uploading docs and issues with version control.

Hands-free ongoing updates. Updates for Office 365 are made directly by Microsoft in the cloud, so no more phoning IT for the admin password so you can download and install them.

Enhances cybersecurity. The auto-update feature also means that users can’t ‘ignore’ security updates or bug fixes potentially compromising your systems and networks.
