More than 4 out of 5 organisations suffered a phishing attack according to Government survey

UK GOV surveyed 2,000 UK businesses, 1,004 UK registered charities and 430 education institutions between January 2023 and January 2024. Their research revealed that half of UK businesses and 32% of charities faced cyber-attacks in the last year, with rates climbing to 74% for large businesses and 66% for high-income charities.

The most common threat? Phishing, affecting 84% of businesses and 83% of charities.
